As of Dec. 2008 homes and some buildings built prior to 1978 require a contractor to give the customer the following EPA lead paint disclosure:  Renovate Right: Important Lead Hazard Information for Families, Child Care Providers, and Schools (PDF)  After April, 2010 contractors will be required to be certified for this type of work.

We require a deposit for project material costs prior to service.  Payment is due upon completion of the job or receipt of service invoice, which ever comes first. We will exercise our right to place a lien on property for nonpayment based on Washington State Law, Chapter 60.04 RCW, Mechanics' & Materialmen's Liens.
