and added skylights, built addition in back reusing old patio doors.  (Note: countertop for sink incomplete at time of photo)

Bathroom Update: Tile & countertop, new sink, faucet, framed existing mirror, painted existing bathroom accessories. Also installed new tub surround.

Updated 1/2 Bath: Tile work, new sink, new faucet, new mirror, new light fixture & towel bar.



Kitchen Update:  Tile & countertop, new sink install w/faucet, micro-hood install (retro fit), new laminate flooring.
